i was wondering if anyone has an online gallery of their bent instruments/ toys/ equipment. i'd also like to hear the sounds that your bent things make! some people take the time to really consider the concept and aesthetic of the final product (an art object). that's my favorite kind of bend. if you have pictures (and/ or sound files?) online of your work, share them! Even if you don't think it's "art". i'm sure other people would be as delighted as i would to see them.

Tue, March 27, 2007 - 3:08 PMnot really a bend, more of a manufacture. i came up with the idea, assisted in the firmware writing (came up with the anti-jitter code), did the external component soldering, and built the enclosure. the rest (meaning most of it - pcb design, circut design, most pic programming) was done by installation artist Jeff Hoefs

here's a sound sample i made recently, the only sound is a circuit bent yamaha dd20c, played live. the only production i did was to clone the left channel to the right channel (for some reason it will only output to one channel)
